Yes! We send you a confirmation email automatically as soon as you place your order, and a shipping confirmation email as soon as we ship your order out. The shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number so you can see the status of your delivery :) Please note, the tracking numbers sometimes take a few days to update with the latest status so please be patient if it doesn't update right away.
Our system automatically sends out confirmations emails the second your order goes through. If you don't see it right away, make sure you spelled your email correctly when submitting your order. Also, check your spam folder/ all mail folder as it sometimes ends up there. If you still don't see it, shoot us an email and we will resend it to you manually :)

Depending on when you're reading this, probably. One of our main goals is to make high quality products for a fair price. We always try and have a special sale or discount codes available to make our products available to everyone :)
When a transaction doesn't go through, it will still show on your bank statement as a pending charge. It will disappear after a couple days as the transaction never actually went through. The most common reason transactions are declined is because your bank doesn't have the most up to date address on file that you are using for your billing address. We recommend calling your bank to make sure all your info matches up with what they have and try placing your order again :) Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any assistance!
